Earthing Fitted Sheet — European Sizes (100–200 × 200 cm)

A fitted earthing (grounding) sheet in 90% cotton and 10% silver fiber, sized for European mattresses from 100 × 200 cm to 200 × 200 cm. A cord connects the conductive sheet to the ground port of a wall outlet, which ties the sheet to your home's electrical ground. This is a grounding product, not EMF shielding: it doesn't block or reduce wireless signals.

European sizes, width × length: 100 × 200 cm (39 × 79 in) · 120 × 200 cm (47 × 79 in) · 140 × 200 cm (55 × 79 in) · 150 × 200 cm (59 × 79 in) · 160 × 200 cm (63 × 79 in) · 180 × 200 cm (71 × 79 in) · 200 × 200 cm (79 × 79 in). These don't match US mattress sizes exactly and pocket depth isn't listed, so measure your mattress first. For US bed sizes, we also carry a fitted earthing sheet in Twin to California King.

How to Check It Works

First, plug an outlet tester (sold at hardware stores) into the outlet you plan to use: it shows whether the ground is actually wired. Then, with the cord unplugged, set a multimeter to continuity and touch one probe to the sheet and the other to the ground prong at the plug end. A beep means the sheet, cord and plug are connected.

Honest Notes

• It only connects to ground if the outlet's ground is wired. Two-prong outlets have no ground port.
• Silver fiber loses conductivity with harsh washing. Wash gently and skip bleach and fabric softener.
