Earthing Flat Sheet — Silver Fiber Grounding Sheet

A flat earthing (grounding) sheet in 90% cotton and 10% silver fiber, supplied with a grounding cord. A cord connects the conductive sheet to the ground port of a wall outlet, which ties the sheet to your home's electrical ground. This is a grounding product, not EMF shielding: it doesn't block or reduce wireless signals.

Listed sizes, width × length: 60 × 265 cm (24 × 104 in) · 68 × 132 cm (27 × 52 in) · 76 × 190 cm (30 × 75 in) · 90 × 265 cm (35 × 104 in) · 99 × 190 cm (39 × 75 in) · 99 × 203 cm (39 × 80 in) · 137 × 190 cm (54 × 75 in) · 137 × 203 cm (54 × 80 in) · 153 × 203 cm (60 × 80 in) · 153 × 265 cm (60 × 104 in) · 198 × 203 cm (78 × 80 in) · 260 × 265 cm (102 × 104 in). These aren't standard US flat-sheet sizes, so pick by the area you want covered and compare it with the top of your mattress.

How to Check It Works

First, plug an outlet tester (sold at hardware stores) into the outlet you plan to use: it shows whether the ground is actually wired. Then, with the cord unplugged, set a multimeter to continuity and touch one probe to the sheet and the other to the ground prong at the plug end. A beep means the sheet, cord and plug are connected.

Honest Notes

• It only connects to ground if the outlet's ground is wired. Two-prong outlets have no ground port.
• Silver fiber loses conductivity with harsh washing. Wash gently and skip bleach and fabric softener.
• It isn't a medical device. The glossary link below explains what grounding does and doesn't do.
