How to Check It Works

Wrap your phone in the hood, folding it so there are no open edges, and call it from another phone, or watch the signal bars. Fewer bars, or a call that struggles to connect, shows the fabric is working. A fabric hood isn't a sealed Faraday bag, so a call may still get through; that's expected, not a fault. With an RF meter you can also compare a reading bare and wrapped.
