Copper Mesh EMF Shielding Fabric - WiFi Blocking Screen

A sheer copper-nickel mesh fabric for DIY window screens, curtains and covers — 42.5 in (about 108 cm) wide, sold as a 10-meter length. It's conductive shielding material: hung across a window or around a space, it reduces RF passing through the area it covers while still letting light through. It suits DIY builders who want a see-through shielding layer.

What It's For

Mesh fits places where you want to keep light and airflow: a screen across a window, a curtain, or a canopy panel. Cover the whole frame, overlap the edges of neighboring widths, and join them with conductive tape. Ordinary tape doesn't conduct, so it leaves the seam open electrically.

How to Check It Works

With an RF meter, take a reading from a fixed spot in the room, facing the window. Hang the mesh across the full window, then measure again from the same spot and position. If the change is smaller than you expected, look for gaps around the edges first.

Honest Notes

• It only affects signals passing through the covered area. Walls, other windows and edge gaps aren't covered.
• Conductive mesh is aimed at radio frequencies; it does little for low-frequency magnetic fields from wiring and appliances.
• Grounding the mesh is optional; RF shielding doesn't depend on it.
• We don't publish a shielding-effectiveness figure: we have no independent test report for this mesh.
