Silver Fiber EMF Shielding Hood

We carry two silver fiber hoods. This is the single-color version, listed by the maker as a head hood. The other comes in grey or black and is listed as a head-and-face cover. Both are 100% silver fiber and one size, so pick the one whose coverage and color suit you.

How to Check It Works

Take a reading with an RF meter, or note your phone's signal bars, then wrap the meter or phone in the hood with no open edges and check again. A lower reading or fewer bars shows the fabric attenuating the signal. The amount depends on the source, the distance and how many layers you wrap, so we don't promise a number.

Honest Notes

• It reduces RF only where the fabric sits. Openings, and anything the hood doesn't cover, are unaffected.
• Fit matters: a loose hood with gaps does less than one that sits close.
• It's not a medical device.
