How to Check It Works
A laptop can't take a call, so test with your phone. Seal your phone inside, close the opening fully and call it from another phone. If it goes straight to voicemail or says the number can't be reached, the bag is blocking. If you hear a ring, reseal the flap more carefully and try again.
Honest Notes
- Blocking works only while the bag is fully closed; a laptop that keeps the flap from lying flat breaks the seal.
- Shut the laptop down before sealing it in. A running laptop gets warm inside an insulated bag.
- Fire resistance buys time; it doesn't make the contents immune to a fire. Water resistance covers spills and rain, not submersion.
- It blocks radio signals only and doesn't remove software already on the device.
