Faraday Fabric — Copper-Nickel Shielding Material

A conductive shielding fabric woven from polyester with copper and nickel fibers, forming a Faraday-cage-style grid that helps block wireless frequencies — Wi-Fi, cellular, GPS, RFID, and NFC. It's a flexible base material for DIY shielding projects.

DIY uses

• Line or make pouches, card sleeves, wallets, and passport covers
• Build signal-shielding covers for routers, appliances, or electronics
• Make curtains, blankets, canopies, or line a shielded room or tent
• Cut and sew into custom enclosures — lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant

• Composition: ~62% polyester, ~29% copper, ~8% nickel
• Thickness: 0.09 mm
• Surface resistance ≤ 0.05 Ω/sq; vertical resistance ≤ 0.005 Ω/sq

Shielding depends heavily on how completely you enclose the item and seal seams — a continuous, gap-free enclosure performs far better than a loose cover.
